Purpose
The 446 Plattform® is a very dynamic IT application that can be configured in nearly every direction. Daily routine and the experience have shown that users and administrators familiarize with the most important modules after a short time. Nevertheless, there are several uncertainties concerning functionality which results in not using the full potential of the software.
Addressees
This document contains information, manuals and examples for members of support (supporter), users and administrators. A member of support is a user handling and solving tickets arriving. Users are referred to as a user, who basically only has the right to create tickets. The administrator has more extensive rights as a user or supporter. This allows him to make general settings.
Remarks
In this document all kinds of functions of the modules available for the user are named and described. The functional range may nevertheless vary due to configuration, licensing, rights management, and version. Therefore, it may happen that some of the options mentioned are not available on the software provided.
