This section describes the necessary system settings that are required to install and operate of the 446 Plattform®.
Generally, the files are installed as follows:

Please mind that not all of these directories have to be available on your system. Some of them depend on the licensed modules.
Moreover, not all of the installation’s parts have to be installed on one host. It is also possible to distribute a couple of parts on several hosts in the network as well.
The revision safety and auditability of 446 Plattform® is established with the aid of an automatic overall logging (History). This Revision Protocol applies to the following:
- Tickets/Cases
- Configuration items
- Knowledge Base items
- Workflow items
On the software side, the 446 Plattform® ensures that a protocol is automatically kept for each ticket or case. This log stores all user and system activities within the respective object. For example, Comments added to tickets, configuration items File deleted or Articles released for knowledge base items with date and time stamp, a description of the activity and the user performing the activity. This protocol cannot be changed by the user. All process steps are automatically logged in each workflow item and can be traced administratively.
