Forms

Form management is a new way of configuring forms and wizards. Previously, the configurations had to be made at different points with different handling procedures. This had the advantage that each of these dialogs could deal with the special features of the underlying objects, but the disadvantage was that the user was confronted with different or new queries over and over again.

With the help of the Forms Management, a remedy is created here. In addition, some components are fundamentally simplified and improved. These include the following points, among others:

  • Replacement of the WorkflowXPert forms

  • Replacement of the ticket actions Ticket Wizard - Edit section and Ticket Wizard - Edit page

  • Enhancement of options within workflow activities

The following areas are covered by the Forms Management:

  • Ticket wizard of the 446 Plattform Mobil

  • Configuration of overviews (e. g. Ticket data overview in the ticket of 446 Plattform Mobil; Overview of CI data (currently only available in the 446 Plattform))
  • Displaying a form in a workflow activity with a dynamic number of outputs

  • Displaying a form in a ticket or user action

Under Settings > Forms you can configure new forms or modify and delete existing ones.
