License Overview

On this page you will find an overview of the license you purchased. General license information, a list of tickets created per year for all clients and the amount of process users over the last 3 years can be viewed here. Additionally you are able to see a list of features activated for your version of the 446 Plattform and you can filter the view with your own search terms.   1. License information

This section contains general information about your license, for example the name of the customer or the languages activated for your system.

Instance Type: The type of the instance in use (e.g. production, training).

Customer Name: The customers name for your system.

System Name: The name of your system.

System Admin User: The system administrator responsible for your system.

Site License: An indication of whether your license is usable across multiple systems ('True') or not ('False').

Named Users: The amount of registered users in your system who are actively working with your system.

Passive Users: The amount of users in your system who have been added to and communicate with your system by a process e.g. Email accounts (mail reception).

Max Clients: The amount of clients you can use with your system.

Tickets per Year: The average amount of tickets per year.

Max Additional Apps: The maximum amount of external apps that you can register in your system for the communication with the WebAPI An application programming interface (API) is a way for two or more computer programs to communicate with each other. It is a type of software interface, offering a service to other pieces of software. A document or standard that describes how to build or use such a connection or interface is called an API specification. A computer system that meets this standard is said to implement or expose an API. The term API may refer either to the specification or to the implementation.(Wikipedia).

Start Date: The date when your license was activated.

End Date: The date when your license expires.

Languages: The languages unlocked for your system.

 

  1. Tickets per Year

This section offers you a summary of the created tickets since the activation of your system. The amount shown applies to all clients and is listed separately for each year.

  1. Process Users

Here you can find the amount of users who have been logged as process users in your system within the last three years. This includes active users where, within a year, at least one activity in one ticket has been recorded.

A listing containing features activated for your version of the 446 Plattform can be found here. Besides you are free to filter the list using the input mask in the head row. In the table below you will find all features for each edition available listed.
