Tasks

A click on Tasks opens the task list. An overview of the visible tasks is displayed here. Tasks are used for being created dependently or independently from a ticket without configuring a ticket schema using all parameters.

The Folders tab shows all task folders visible for the current user. By selecting a folder, the included tasks are displayed on the right side.

The Tickets tab shows all tickets that are related to the user and contain a task. By selecting a ticket, all tasks that are related to the ticket are displayed on the right side.
