LVER

This plug-in defines the start date for the expenses generated in processing a ticket.

Configuration

Reference date source: Defines the source to be used as a reference for the calculation of the start date. Either an expression or a ticket field can be used here.

Ticket field name: If a ticket field has been selected as the Reference date source, the name of field can be specified here.

Start time expression: If the an expression has been selected as the Reference date source, the expression can be specified here.

Interval type: The interval can be either entered as a fixed value or defined via an expression.

Fixed interval: If a fixed interval has been selected, it can be entered here in hh:mm:ss format.

Expression-defined interval: If the interval is to be determined via expression, this expression can be entered here.

Language: Defines the language to be used when parsing expressions.

Include service time: If this option is activated, the current service times will be taken into account during the calculation of the start date.
