The system information is accessible via Settings > Administration > System Information.
This overview displays general information about service, agent and management programs. This is for the clear preparation of data only. It is not possible to make any changes here.
Note:
All counters, e.g. Mail2Ticket: Number of processed mails are reset as soon as the associated service is restarted.
